It was an amazing experience. The entire company helped me out from Administration to My instructors even my classmates. I’m thankful and it’s a blessing from God that I was able to make it through. I had a very difficult time but nevertheless I was aided and I overcame. Appreciate you guys over at southwest. This experience was a blessed one.
My experience with Southwest Truck Driver Training was extremely disappointing. I expected a basic level of professionalism and quality, but what I received was far below standard. This is the worse company you would ever want to deal with. The staff was unresponsive, the service was disorganized, and my concerns were outright dismissed when I tried to address them. Miss Melindi was the best instructor I could’ve asked for! She was super patient and put us in situations that was directly correlated to our testing day. She made training fun and the process less stressful. Couple of us might have dropped the transmission several times while learning how to shift but she didn’t trip😂 All the other staff members were helpful and made the whole process easygoing. Highly recommend going to this school if you’re thinking about getting your CDL.
I am currently enrolled at the Las Vegas campus and I am 3 days away from graduating. I have to say I love this program and the staff. If you are considering truck driving as a career I highly recommend this school, the staff and instructors truly care about your success. I am so grateful for all that they have taught me and the support they have given to ensure our success!! Thank Joey, Alicia, Matt, Bo, and Tony and the rest of the staff!!
