It was an amazing experience. The entire company helped me out from Administration to My instructors even my classmates. I’m thankful and it’s a blessing from God that I was able to make it through. I had a very difficult time but nevertheless I was aided and I overcame. Appreciate you guys over at southwest. This experience was a blessed one.
Miss Melindi was the best instructor I could’ve asked for! She was super patient and put us in situations that was directly correlated to our testing day. She made training fun and the process less stressful. Couple of us might have dropped the transmission several times while learning how to shift but she didn’t trip😂 All the other staff members were helpful and made the whole process easygoing. Highly recommend going to this school if you’re thinking about getting your CDL.
My experience with Southwest Truck Driver Training was extremely disappointing. I expected a basic level of professionalism and quality, but what I received was far below standard. This is the worse company you would ever want to deal with. The staff was unresponsive, the service was disorganized, and my concerns were outright dismissed when I tried to address them. BIG shoutout to Ms. Melindi! And the whole SWTDT staff for an amazing experience. Ms.Melindi Did an amazing job with the short 5 weeks she had us. She explained everything throughly and made sure if we had any questions she would answer them to the point we knew the answer like the back of our hands. she has the most patience i’ve ever seen an instructor have, which made class go A LOT smoother. overall such a great experience and i would 10/10 recommend going here if you’re thinking about getting your CDL.
